Quick question from recruiter related to cross functional experience and if I had experience managing cross functional stakeholders. I shared my experience that requires mostly dealing with stakeholders and aligning them on shared goals. I moved to Hiring Manager interview and that I thought went well however for some reason, they moved forward with other candidates.
