Abbott Director, Technology Engineering, Lingo interview questions

An external recruiter reached out to me and had me interview with a VP and one of his direct reports. He was late, hurried and his direct asked no questions. I was maybe on the phone for 15 mins. Really unprofessional and a lack of articulation on what this VP wanted or was looking for. After 4 months I got an auto email from an HR system . Don't waste your time with this one. They don't seem to know what they're looking for and were not ready to take a serious candidate seriously.
