Invited to a virtual interview after a resume review, but was disappointed to find that it was a self-interview and would only be submitting video recordings of answers to questions. The company ghosted my application after this and I never received feedback on the interview or spoke to a human. Over 6 months later I received an automated email that the position was no longer accepting applications. Very disappointing experience overall as a highly qualified candidate, and I would be wary of applying to this company again in the future knowing that this is how they are screening for roles.
