Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I was invited by a campus recruiter to apply for impact or sales positions. A group interview of 6 was conducted by the assistant manager, in the mall by the A & B store. It was very casual and the interviewer was only semi-interested.
The GM phoned me the next day and formally offered me the position.

Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
