I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2008
Interview
Very light. By that I mean there are a handful of generic questions asked in a group setting. This is mainly an opportunity to let the hiring management see if your "hot".

Question 1
What is one difficult situation from a former job, and how did you solve it?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
