Interview
To apply, simply go inside the store and ask one of the models to apply. They'll lead you to a computer where you input your information and select an interview date, usually Tues or Friday in my area. The interview is usually a group interview but the number depends on how many people selected that day. They ask you simple questions, around 3, but one main one they ask is a question about diversity. After that you just wait a week, usually if done on Tuesday they call Fri or if done on Fri, they call Monday.

"How do you define diversity and why is it important in the work place?"
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Examples of when you worked with customers, why you want the job, past work experience
Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
