Three interviews. First is just an info session. You tell a bit about yourself. (Lasts about 30 min). The second is more in depth. You are asked questions about specific situations during college and or life and how you dealt with them. (Lasts about an hour). The third is the final interview. It lasts about 15-20 minutes and you are asked a couple more questions about yourself.

1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website. 2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that. 3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them. 4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win. 5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
