I walked in to apply with my resume, the manager told me that I can apply through the computer at the store. While I was working on my application (which took forever cause the computer was not in its best shape), the main manager approached me and offered that she can interview me right away. After my application, i got interviewed and hired on the spot.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
