fill out application online, show up to interview time... there were around 20 of us and we went and sat outside the store in the mall and were asked group questions... around two days later they called me and my friend back to say they were offering us a job

What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.
