Interview
Generally want to see what you look like before interviewing you. I was asked to send a picture to my recruiter so they could show the district manager who does the hiring for all managers below him/her. This is an image based company so they want "great looking" people as their staff. They ask questions from a script that corporate issues, and write down the answers you give them. They are not hard questions and are all open ended asking about scenarios and situations and how you have or would react. Previous job experience is more or less irrelevant as long as you have a bachelors degree.

Interview
1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website.
2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that.
3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them.
4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win.
5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
Three rounds of interview. For the first two rounds, met with the store manager and asked some behavioral questions. For the final round, met the DM and dig deeper of your resume.
The interview processes consisted of 3 rounds. First interview: You had to record your answer to some video questions Second interview: Online interview with HR Third interview: Online/In-person interview with Store Manager
