I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
The interview is ridiculously easy. You can look up youtube videos that will give you the answers to basically any of the answers that they may ask you. The interviews are conducted in a group setting with maybe 3 or 4 other interviewees. Nowadays, the manager is mostly reading off the paper throughout the interview. They will ask 3 or 4 questions to each candidate (sometimes the same questions to everyone). Most questions aim to get to know you, as a person, better; not your past work experience. And instead of dressing professionally, it is better to wear their clothes so they can better see how you would fit in to the store.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
