The hiring process is either with a group or alone with whoever manager is in charge that day. They are given a set of interview questions that they have to follow and they were rather easy, and no brainer questions. Aced it right away and got the job.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
