I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Monica, CA) in Sept 2014
Interview
I went to the store in Santa Monica and asked if they were hiring and then was told to apply online. I filled out the application and then set up a date for an interview and a couple days later I had got a call and was told to come in for a sooner date. The interview was easy since I had came onto this website and knew most of what they were going to ask. It was a group interview so that made it a little more easier for me. The whole thing was laid back but make sure you can make yourself stand out.

Question 1
Make sure you can explain what diversity means to you.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
