The interview process was laid back and conducted on a bench in the mall. The interview was in a group format and two other candidates were also present. The store manager was the one who interviewed us and the whole thing probably took 15 minutes.

The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.

What trend do you like at the store and how you would sell it to a customer?
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.
