I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Phoenix, AZ) in June 2015
Interview
Applied online got called for an interview the next day. I showed up about 10 minutes early wrote my name down and the position I was applying for then waited around the store. There were over 30 people applying that day so each manager took groups of about 6 to 8 people. The questions were pretty straight forward and the atmosphere was laid back. I just wore a tank top and jeans with sandals where as other people wore suits and ties. After the interview they said they would let us know within a week, the manger called me about two weeks later and asked if I was still interested though.

Question 1
What does inclusion mean to you and give an example?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
