Abilityfirst Job Developer interview questions

I found the job on Craigslist, applied, and was contacted for an interview within a week. The first interview was with the Director of Supported Employment, Eddie, who later became my boss and is a REALLY fantastic guy. Second interview was on a panel of 5 people with titles ranging from admin assistant to Director of Employment Services. Only downside to the interview process is that the background check takes close to a month to clear.
