I was invited for an on-site presentation on a topic after that, a panel interview. I had four students in class; it was an interactive session, and I was made to present for 20 minutes. The panel session was a set of short answer questions based on competency, knowledge of the subject matter and safeguarding. After the interview process, I never got feedback. I sent 2 emails for feedback, but there was still no response or acknowledgement. For a college that is bad practice.
