Absa Graduate Program interview questions

Interview process began with an online assessment which tests numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logic and work strengths.Once the assessment is completed by the candidate, the first round of interviews is conducted, this first interview is mainly behavioural/fit based and the candidate is interviewed by someone from the HR team - no technical questions are asked.
