Interview
The hiring team was definitely thorough. They wanted to see my experience, how I handled different scenarios, view my portfolio. I would also say the team would ask me questions to find out what type of person I was too.
In addition to 2 in-person interviews and 1 phone interview, I had to complete 3 online tests under a certain timeframe.

The most difficult thing was probably when they asked a question unrelated to the interview. It just tested how I would answer an unexpected question.
I had an initial phone conversation with the HR team for an initial screening, followed by a video call with another HR person After that, there was an in-person interview with the executive team.
