Interview
There was an initial phone screening interview, followed by an interview with the district manager. Pretty straight forward. I got a call after completing a personality test and a verbal/written aptitude examination.

Interview
The interview was a group interview. The interview process was smooth and interactive. Even though, interview was a group interview, the one on one portion of group interview gave you a moment to let your personality shine.
