I went through a handful of interviews and there was a presentation portion where you got to basically do a show and tell about who you are, your background and why you are interested in the role. At first I thought a presentation would be stressful but the vibe during the actual discussion was pretty casual. Overall, I think that it was a good and efficient process.

Very transparent and well organized every step of the way. I was initially reached out to by a recruiter for a screening call followed by a 1:1 with a hiring manager, an interview panel with two additional hiring managers where I gave a presentation, and then a final round with the Director of Account Management. I worked with Vijay during the entire interview process and he was very accommodating, helpful, and excellent at communicating next steps.
