Interview
I went through the entire selection process with Abstracta, including several interviews and demanding technical exercises. At first, the process felt well-organized and professional, and communication was smooth.
However, after investing significant time, preparation, and effort, I was told there was no actual project or role available for me. This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading for candidates. A company should not open a full selection process if there is no real opportunity behind it.
Advice to management: Be transparent with candidates from the beginning. Running complete processes without confirmed projects wastes people’s time and hurts the company’s reputation.
Advice to candidates: Be cautious. You may spend hours preparing and completing interviews only to realize there is no real role being offered.

Tools and QA processes. Technical challenge was a take home test automating API tests and UI tests.

No fue nada agradable la entrevistadora y no ofrecen buenos sueldos a los cargos junior. No se mencionan los beneficios a los que uno puede acceder estando dentro de la empresa.
