Easy. A little intimidating at first but ultimately not that bad. I had two interviews but now I think they only do one. My advice is to be personable and you will be fine.

Interview
Called me the day after I applied online, hired on the spot. Had a week long testing period and 3 final exams on the menu. Very extensive menu, a lot to learn, but passed all exams. Had to serve management before I could serve on my own.
