I applied for the role of Project Manager (IT) via the Reed.co.uk website in February 2017, then was contacted by the recruiter a week or so later.
The recruiter was friendly and a pleasure to talk to on the phone, when we then proceeded to arrange a date for the hiring manager to call me for a telephone interview the following week.
The telephone interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, with discussion around my previous experience, previous projects, why I was looking to move and general Q&A.
Following this I was informed the same day that the hiring manager was keen on me and we arranged a face-to-face interview for a few weeks later.
The face-to-face interview lasted around an hour and was positive, with me meeting the Group Performance Manager for half and then the hiring manager for the final half - with further discussion around me experience and previous projects.
General competency questions were asked and I was also able to ask around 10 questions of my own in the time given.
Following this, the next day I received a call directly from the hiring manager to say that they were looking to make me an offer. This offer was put together over the weekend and delivered to me the following week for me to review, negotiate and sign.
