It was interviewed online by a nice young man. He asked me a few questions about my background and described the job. He also told me about the mandatory training (unpaid).
It was a smooth process. Throughout the couple of interview rounds I had go through, the interviewers were very laid back, very transparent, and responsive/communicative. I would definitely recommend applying to these job openings as an extra source of income.
