Interested prospective individuals take a technical test on a designated date. The test is simple as long as you are able to efficiently use a search engine and phrase key words in the right manner. Once completed, essentially everyone is given the opportunity to have an interview with a member of the managerial staff. Once completed, the new-hires undergo a three day training process where they are lectured on the details of the job, given the opportunity to undergo hands on learning then finally take an exam on a pass/fail basis. Nearly everyone receives the job, as the passing marks are fairly doable.
