Mock essay, phone interview. Submitted qualifications, discussed expectations and support given from staff. Great, streamlined process that gets you working as soon as possible. Not at all stressful! The staff are very supportive and helpful, provide a proofreading service as standard to relieve research workload

Can you meet deadlines, specialities I could offer, did I have the ability to use a range of citation formats. What were my expectations for the role. When could I complete the test essay, was I aware of the amendment period for clients, exaplined what support staff could do for me, availability of database for researchers
