My interview process at Academics West began with a virtual interview with one of the founders, where we discussed the school’s mission and how my background aligned with their goals. In the second round, I met with the team in person to dive deeper into my experience and discuss how we might collaborate. After the in person meeting, I was given a tour of the school, which gave me a firsthand look at the environment and further solidified my interest in the role.
