Very straightforward and open and honest. The initial interview was just about whether or not I actually knew how to handle a classroom. The second interview was with the principal and vice principal and then lastly with the school's CEO.

Interview
I applied online for the position. The application includes a lengthy exam, which is mostly math (basic math, e.g. percentages and statistics) and a some biology and ecology. At about the same time, the company held a job fair for which one has to formally sign up, which I did. At the time of the interview, neither middle school principal had a copy of my resume. Results: I never knew the application exam results. An email informed me that I had not been selected. I have a graduate degree in science. I found the entire experience rather flaky.
