Interview
The interview process included 2 separate interviews with a different manager. The first interview is quite simple, asking questions regarding why you are interested in the position and why you feel you are suited to be a Team Lead. The second interview consists of more in depth situational questions on how you would manage, react, and resolve tasks, events, and issues.

If multiple managers asked you to complete different tasks at the same time, how would you prioritize these tasks?
Interview was fairly short and informal, seemed to be more the manager telling responsibilities than trying to find out information about my qualifications. Three managers were in attendance, but only one did any significant talking. Everyone was easygoing.

The interview process was fairly simple, and the questions revolved around the idea of how you would deal with certain scenarios with customers and your co-workers. There were two interviews conducted, one with a manager, and one with the store director.

The interview was standard questions from the tell me about a time when……. Very comfortable and laid back. Previous sales experience is a huge plus. Having a positive attitude and go getter spirit is an asset.
