Interview
The department manager or senior team lead for the position you apply for is usually the one that interviews you. They sit you in the employee break room while they review your file. Once they have reviews your application and your resume (if submitted) they bring you into the office and ask you several scripted questions. If you make a good impression they will schedule you for a second interview. If not, they will politely thank you for your time and let you know they will be in contact with you. You will likely receive some sort of correspondence stating they did not decide to hire you.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple, and the questions revolved around the idea of how you would deal with certain scenarios with customers and your co-workers. There were two interviews conducted, one with a manager, and one with the store director.
