East and Laid back, some lacking in management. Interview was pretty easy going as well as the tour of the management was lacking in terms of not being able to properly delegate what night shift and day shift were to do for the day prior, which causes confusion.

Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
