Applied online. Got a call within a week from HR. Scheduled interview in just a few days. The interview lasted 10 minutes. Got offered on the spot, assuming I pass a background check.

Name the most difficult situation you faced with a job and how did you solve it.
Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
