They've kept the Paid Search and Paid Social roles open for over a year, constantly reposting. After my interview, they asked me to do an extensive assignment for one of their real clients (live website, full marketing strategy). When I politely requested an alternative task, they stopped responding despite follow-ups. Feels like they use interviews to get free work.
