I was initially contacted by recruiter in UK for this role. I had initial call with the recruiter, then a call with the person hiring for the role / team lead. I finished the take home test and then did the interview with the team. I was told I will receive the result in next few days. Even after following up with the recruiter multiple times, I was told I will receive the answer next week every time I followed up. Then I kinda gave up. It felt so demeaning to not receive feedback or outcome status after all the effort and interview process. I dont believe in the professionalism of the company. Totally not worth the time and effort.

Initial HR Call: I was contacted by an HR representative on LinkedIn, and an initial call was scheduled. However, the HR representative did not join the call. After waiting for five minutes, I emailed them, and they responded with, "Let's reschedule." First Technical Round: This interview lasted one hour. Unfortunately, the interviewer mistakenly interviewed me for a data architect role. After 30 minutes, he realized that I had applied for the data engineering role. Overall, it was a complete waste of time.
