I was initially contacted by Accelerant's HR department for an initial screening, was asked some high-level questions about my background and qualifications, and was given a brief rundown of the company's history, business, and current needs. I was then scheduled to meet with the hiring manager for a more detailed and technical interview. I met with the manager and had a more in-depth discussion about their current needs, and how my background and experience might line up with that. I was advised that there were several more candidates, and that the next phase of the hiring process might not be for a few weeks. Candidates who passed screening should expect an additional 3-4 interviews with peers and stakeholders.
