Interview
Went in for an interview and had to wait about an hour due to the extensive amount of people waiting. After meeting with the manager, he was very nice and I was called back for a second interview. At that interview, I went around with a mentor to see what the job was like (door to door marketing) and then met with another very nice manager.

What organic training is. They basically just wanted us to know that they train their people from the bottom up - all people must start at bottom no matter what their experience (which kind of stinks)
