We’re glad you found our recruiting process smooth and friendly! It is likely that the dialogue from our VP of Client Success has been misinterpreted and taken out of context, as his talk track during interviews is consistent, and there is a very high level of respect within the Success team and Accelo as a whole. To clarify, we are a SaaS company in growth mode and profitability is not our number one priority at this time. Like most companies in this phase of start-up, our top priority is hiring additional smart and experienced team members to help us grow and achieve our next round of funding. The Customer Success team is hiring additional team members, which will help us serve our customers better, and increase the overall success of our organization!
