Campus Process was of 3 rounds namely; 1) Aptitude Test- Which consisted of questions from logical reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude and english vocabulary 2) GD- On general topics with a duration of 15 minutes 3) Interview- Generic in nature

I was recruited from my MBA college campus for internship. After 7 months post a performance review I was hired for a full time job as an Associate Manager. (Business Analyst Profile) Our interview was a two stage process with the first round being the group discussion, followed by a personal interview with mix of HR and functional questions mainly related to our course work, mainly role of a business analysts, different methods of effort estimation, and software engineering questions
