Initial Screening (Phone Interview) - by HR Recruiter, The first round was a phone call, then interviewed by Hiring manager and team lead, I was asked to demonstrate my inside sales skills, How would I handle specific situations. - InDepth interview questions with the Team Lead, Final interview with Senior Leadership, looking for alignment with my career goals, company's growth and how I'll contribute. Then comes the offer and negotiation

Just had one interview, but the interviewer seemed bent on twisting everything I said to make me out to be an awful candidate. (But it helped me realize real quick that I wouldn't want to work for someone like that)
