I applied online. I interviewed at Access Opportunity (Denver, CO) in Jan 2020
Interview
This was an entry level position and I did not get it because they were looking for someone with more experience. The employer seemed real nice, but it's always frustrating when they really want to pay someone in an associate level an entry level salary.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Access Opportunity (Denver, CO) in Apr 2022
Interview
The first interview was a 30-minute introduction interview. It felt pretty informal. It was a conversation surrounding the role and your personal experience. The second interview was with four upper leadership staff, lasting about 45 minutes. They save a lot of time for questions, so be prepared for that! Each interviewer had their questions about experience, the organization, and why they wanted the position. The students themselves facilitated the last interview. This interview was also 45 minutes, and they saved a lot of time for questions. This interview felt very informal, and the students provided situational interview questions that would relate to a counseling role.

Interview
The initial interview was extremely informal and felt like the interviewer didn’t prepare ahead of time. The questions did not feel entirely relevant to the role and they did not have a clear answer on what the next steps would be in the interview process, because they had not decided yet.
