Access Sciences interview questions

Had a great first interview with the HR person. I eventuality made it to the final 3 to meet with the Leadership Team (for a position like this, really?). HR lady says the process is going quick quick quick, and they’d already interviewed like 12 people so I guess they didn’t find anyone suitable when they added me to the “top 3” to meet with the LT. I’m told to be available at a certain time Monday morning and to expect and accept the meeting request quickly (I’m assuming this was because it was Friday and she wanted it to appear on the LT’s calendars). Meeting request never comes. I text the lady, but it’s some weird controlled texting app that doesn’t really put you through to her phone, it instead goes into some strange wonderland that is seldom checked and serves to isolate HR from job seekers. No response. Email is another no go, again Access Sciences does not want you contacting them. They will call you. Or not. Then they ghosted me. I assume they finally picked one of the 12 candidates after all. No common courtesy of any communication since. I’m glad this wasn’t my first choice and I didn’t go all in over the weekend studying and preparing my rear off for this interview, or I’d be really pissed.

Phone interview, followed by skills assessment, followed by cognitive assessment, followed by in person interview, followed by case study presentation. Overall the interview process took about 3 weeks before an offer was made.
