I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accion Labs (Bangalore Rural) in May 2026
Interview
In my entire career I never had such kind of interview. I got a call from HR for scheduling the interview and it was schedule well in advance. I joined the bridge on given time and waited 5 mins for teams entry and the panel joined after 30mins( I mean the level of unprofessionalism ) Once Interviewer joined ( Video was off) he was muted for another 5 mins. He asked me to share my screen which I did. During interview, he was not even listening the answers and was just jumping to another question. Very poor communication ( could hardly speak proper English). His one of the questions was how is a project successful and how it leads to define my role, which I didn’t understand. There were multiple questions which didn’t make sense and there would be long pause between interview and I would frequently have to remind interviewer to speak, acknowledge or unmute. The questions were pretty basics around agile and project management. Rarest of the experience
Interview questions [1]

Interview
4 levels of interview for a job that pays lesser than my current pay.
Let me give an analogy of how poorly structured the interview was.
Question 1 - write a poem proving your proficiency in the English language.
Question 20 - How many number of alphabets are in English.
This is not just in 1 level, but all of them.
I doubt if the interviewer even had any experience in performance engineering.
