Interview
Very straightforward. The process consisted of two interview rounds, or three if you include the initial recruiter screening. I met with my potential teammates and hiring manager, and each conversation was professional, organized, and conversational. The questions focused on my experience, how I work cross-functionally, and how I approach program management challenges. Overall, the process felt efficient and transparent.
