They wanted both a completed paper application and Resume. The interview was quick and easy. I filled out the application in a waiting room and then was called back to meet with the office manager for a one on one conversation where she basicly went over the daily duties of the job, asked me if that was something I would be interested in and I was hired on the spot. (Being im timid and there were a lot of awkward pauses in our conversation, I was surprised)
