Accretive Technology Developer interview questions

Very informal, easy questions, mostly a focus on culture fit. Technical questions were very easy, just testing basic competence, not digging in to really hard or deep problems. Short interview (2-3 hours) that was not stressful. Very quick response from them afterwards (next day). Recruiter was very competent and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

General discussion with recruiter about previous work , resume and what the company has to offer. We discussed various previous coding projects, when i moved to the city and stuff. Talked about the company and general company cultural values. Covered benefits and perks. Second interview was general software engineering. It wasn't focused on algorithms but general programing concepts and how i would build something.
