I was contacted by a recruiter from Monster.com, who conducted an initial phone screen. After the screen, I was asked in for an in-person interview. This was conducted with 2 interviewers, and was a technical interview. After the technical interview, there was one more interview with the HR team, after which I received an offer 3 days.
