After phone interview you have 10 minutes professional interview with coordinator. The interviewer checks the position of your resume, asking simple questions about previous experience, checks the necessary documents (you should have a legal status to work in the US), fills a contract and the code of conduct, shortly introduces the technology of work. The next day you can be signed on a real case.
