Phone interview, then open house (with other prospective candidates and to meet the team), then individual interview. Very pleasant experience, and communicative hiring process (hiring team responded quickly after each interview).

Went to a meet and greet with team leaders. Took an exam afterwards. Everyone was very friendly and down to earth. We were able to sit and ask questions to the team leaders of each region
