Accuris interview questions

I did the typical rounds of interview, first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, finally with 3 other individual team members. All were scheduled within 2 weeks via Zoom and everyone was professional and personable. Unfortunately the job role was revised after all the interviews.

External recruiter call then internal recruiter call then HM call. The HM indicates the next person you will talk to but then both members of talent acquisition will ghost you and refuse all communications. It is surprising to see such a subpar candidate experience for people leadership roles, including ones that are near executive level, which suggests this company simply does not care about their talent. If this is how potential people leaders are treated at the very beginning of their careers at Accuris, one can only imagine how individual contributors are treated before and after they join. Avoid this company and pursue a company that has a better culture.
